When we make bread we see that it only takes a small amount of yeast in the flour to permeate every part of the dough. We hone our craft as we make and kneed the dough, spend time together as it rises, and feel delight every time a bread comes out of the oven.
We gather together to make bread every Thursday, 2-5pm.
We supply churches with loaves of bread for their Communion Services. This is a very tangible way in which our bakery is supported.
We sometimes ‘Pop Up’ in places and serve our bread alongside other food. It is great to work on projects together, meet people in the local community, and practice hospitality. We like being SEASONAL (fruit picking, jam, chutneys…), using SURPLUS food, and always serve with a SMILE.
